There is no doubt that adding fun to any Routine is only easy in the early stages of it. I have been thinking about this as my routine I do every day has been evolving to my routine I HAVE TO do every day. You can visit Keeping Your Relationship with Your Exercise Routine for what I do to jazz up my exercise.
But if you can’t seem to find a way to have fun with your routine, then do something that you’d have fun doing that can bring calorie burning along with. For example, I am going back to playing tennis, or to be more accurate ‘going back to trying to play tennis’. The last time I get my ass kicked by my girlfriend on the court, I felt like I sweat more than any of my running sessions. But I am not sure whether it was the workout or the shame of the defeat that made sweat like that. If you are curious about how much calorie each activity burn, check out our calorie calculator. There is plenty of options to choose from and I am sure you'll find something worth trying.
