I used to make roasted eggplants at home, and pretty much peel them off and add some EVOO, but now with this product, it is almost home made! The idea is you put the eggplants on the stove, let them get roasted and once they are done serve them as a paste or as dish, either way since your main ingredient is eggplant, this is a very healthy choice for a paste and a dish. With some toasted whole wheat bread, this can make a great lunch sandwich!
