Most of you may think what is so special about chick peas, well it is the easiness of turning it to a healthy and hearty meal. If you are on the go and looking for an easy salad option, I highly recommend it may be one boiled egg and a tomato with red onions as a salad. If you are looking for more like a hot dish, dice up some yellow onions, garlic and some tomato paste with a can of chick peas, you have a great hot dish for cold winter night meals.
