These tiny packed raisins are life savers. You can have them with tea after dinner as your night time snack, you can add them to your morning cereal, or just treat them as your afternoon snack when you are looking forward some sugar fix at the office. I most of the time carry them in my purse, cause when I am out shopping or something else I tend to buy chocolate with my coffee, these raisins are life savers since I substituted the chocolate with them.

A great find for you cheese lovers out there. Living healthy absolutely does not meangiving up what you like most, it means substituting it with healthieroptions. I loved this WW product, even though I am not a big fan of diet program products, as everyone knows WWis not a diet. This can come handyfor your healthy grilled cheese sandwiches, with some lettuce and fat freedressings, also yummy with the homemade healthy high in fiber and grain pizzadough. This is a must try.

Theanswer is nothing! But, considering that mustard is probably the only low or nocalorie item you can use for your sandwiches makes it special. Trying to lose weight is tough as itis, and thinking that you may need to give up the taste is non sense. Having a multi grain sandwich with fatfree or low fat roast beef, mustard and tomato slices makes a heavenlytaste. This is a definitely greatproduct for the healthy eaters like ourselves making the sandwiches perfectwith almost no cost to our daily points and calorie limit. |

If you are a gal like myself you know the importance ofwomen’s need nutritionally. I amnot a firm believer of taking handful of vitamins every day however I dobelieve that you need to take what you need to take. Luna designed these bars for ladies, such that it meets thecertain nutritional requirements of the female body. I am aware of that this is not a low fat or low carb itemhowever, it is a healthy item considering the 3 grams of fiber it will give andthe 10 grams of protein fix to your daily routine. It may have little too much calories but considering you aregetting a filling breakfast and daily nutritional supplements it is worth togive it a try. They also do carrydifferent flavors, I will definitely add them to list as I try them, but so farthis is my favorite!

The Tropicana people are genius I tell you, they finally came up with the extra fiber in the orange juice. You wouldn’t believe how good this orange juice tastes and with the fiber it has a low WW point value. I cannot recommend this product enough, you get fiber, you get a daily serving of fruit and you get a healthy product. I myself substituted my lunch diet coke with a glass of orange juice, this is the healthy way to go.

Most of you may think what is so special about chick peas, well it is the easiness of turning it to a healthy and hearty meal. If you are on the go and looking for an easy salad option, I highly recommend it may be one boiled egg and a tomato with red onions as a salad. If you are looking for more like a hot dish, dice up some yellow onions, garlic and some tomato paste with a can of chick peas, you have a great hot dish for cold winter night meals. It may look like a can of chick peas but it is healthy, frugal, and great homemade dining option with the benefit of fiber
