Over the weekend, I was having coffee with my boyfriend and two of his bodies. The conversation led to eating habits after a few jokes about the cookies and muffins brought to the table. It was amazing to see how different male perspective is from the female's. We are wired completely different.
I sometimes think and wonder, all those healthy eaters, were they once a fries junkie like me? or always a healthy eater at heart, or will it ever come to me as an effortless act to eat healthy? If any of you out there have a story to share or have cool tactics for a gal like me to include in her daily routine to eat healthy and act smart, please let me know. Stay healthy you all........

If I were with my gals and looking for some fun, we'd probably be like "uwww let's have some beer with some fries", or "yeaahhh let's go to that cheesecake place" and then we would add "ohh well we will exercise tomorrow". As I was sipping on my tea and chatting yesterday in the male dominant crowd, I couldn't help noticing how easy it sounds for some people to keep a healthy eating habit. Just to give an example; for my boyfriend, eating healthy is an effortless act, he loves eating healthy and surely blogging about being healthy. Where as for me, I need to put extra effort in to eating healthy, and the more I try, the worse I crave french fries.
