Being a mediterrenean mu self, I love stuffed grape leaves and I certainly think they can be consumed in healthy menus. If you know how to make these at home, than it is even better, my mom does them at home, but if you are a busy working professional than I say it is worth the money spent. As you can see from the nutritional chart, the stuffed grape leaves are no angel, however I do not recommend anyone consuming the whole package in one meal. I used to have 2 per meal as a side dish, then the calories you see above gets to be divided by two. Give it a try, great way to make your boring menu exciting!
